I have more than twenty years’ of experience…

Over the past 20 years, whilst working as an occupational psychologist, I have assessed 100s of leaders, so I know what strong leadership performance looks like. This experience along with my expertise and love of psychology, informs my work as a coaching psychologist. I use a range of techniques including cognitive behavioural and solutions-focused coaching and psychometric tools when supporting leaders.

As a direct result of coaching with me, leaders report an improvement in their leadership performance. Coaching has been ‘game changing’ for them, their shift in perspective makes them able to perform better in high stakes situations and importantly others notice the difference too.
